Attorney Marc D. Schifanelli is a trial lawyer experienced in many areas of the law. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and earned his Bachelor's Degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland at College Park. Mr. Schifanelli came to practice law after a distinctive military career as a leader in the U.S. Army Special Operations. He has lived and worked abroad with people from diverse cultures, and often in high-stress environments.
He is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He speaks Spanish and German and has a working knowledge of French and Serbo-Croatian.
